	Played key roles on the contractor teams which designed and implemented automation and reporting systems for two major federal data systems. The first supports the MDS, a nursing home resident assessment form. The second supports OASIS, a home health patient assessment data set. Both data sets are in use throughout the nation.
	Assisted with the design, fiscal impact analysis, implementation, and statistical evaluation of national and several state case mix payment systems.
	Developed statistical models to predict poor quality care in Texas nursing homes.
	Performed cost-benefit analyses of prenatal care in the Texas AFDC population.
	Performed cost-benefit and effectiveness studies of family planning services in Texas and Missouri.
	Analyzed the relationship between hospital malpractice premiums and losses.
	Analyzed admission patterns for a hospital accused of discrimination practices.
	Studied workers compensation claims and fee schedules in Texas and other states.

	Performed statistical analyses to profile Food Stamp, AFDC, and Medicaid cases which were likely to incur payment errors.
	Developed statistical profiles of corporate customers of a major computer company.
	Performed statistical analyses of laboratory and field marine biological and chemical data to determine environmental baselines for the Texas gulf coast.
	Performed statistical analyses of the characteristics of a large geological formation to estimate production costs for natural gas.
	Designed a complex door-to-door survey of attitudes in a rural area of Texas.
	Modeled the impact of toxic site cleanup on nearby housing values.
	Studied statewide accident statistics in Texas.
	Studied a complex formula for projecting water use in a community.
	Performed statistical analyses to derive norms for achievement tests given upon discharge from the U.S. Army.
	Analyzed automobile and truck sales in Dade County Florida for use in a lawsuit.

	Facilitator Quality Manager. Software which assists nursing facilities in analyzing quality indicators, benchmarking their performance, and implementing quality improvement programs.
	Licensed Social Worker Database System. This is a software package developed for a Texas state agency which assists in the licensing of social workers. It manages a database of over 30,000 individuals and generates numerous reports and automated letters which are used in the licensing process.
	PC-Group. PC-Group is a statistical package which enables users to perform Automatic Interaction Detection (AID), a type of classification analysis. It has been used by case-mix researchers throughout the world.
	RUGs DLL's. 16- and 32-bit DLL's for use by developers writing software to calculate RUGs.
